● Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
● That you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material; and, the following statement: that you in good faith believe that the copyrighted work was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or a misidentification of the material; and,.

When Flixfox is notified of a complaint, we respond by removing the content and closing the account of the person who posted or posted AGAINST someone’s content without permission.
● Confirm the validity and the fact that the complaint was real and intended to infringe.
● If the notice is good, we will remove the infringing works.
● We and/or applicable platform Provider will, at the appropriate time or as soon as reasonably practicable, terminate and/or seek to contact the complaining party or user who posted the content submitted by the complainant to inform that party that We have removed or disabled access to such content.
If a user believes your content has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you can reach out with a counter-notification. Your counter-notice should be a written communication sent to our designated agent, the address, fax number and/or email address for which appears below and that is provided in your prior notice. Here are some of them that must be followed (please consult your attorney or read 17 U.S.C. Sect.
● Your signature, either in person or online.
● Identifying the material that has been taken away or made inaccessible, as well as the place where it was before it was taken away or made inaccessible.
● A statement that you honestly believe the material was taken down or disabled by mistake or because it was misidentified; and
● Your name, address, and phone number, as well as a statement that you agree to the jurisdiction of a federal district court in the judicial district where your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, in any jurisdiction where Flixfox is allowed to address, and that you will accept service of process from the person who gave you notice under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of that person.
Flixfox will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of repeat infringers as required by DMCA and other applicable law.
Notices and counter-notices of DMCA actions must be sent to our Designated Copyright Agent using our in-app customer service center only.
