FIIT KIDS group sessions are held on Saturday’s and Sunday’s at your registered and assigned time slot every weekend. Our sessions are fun and engaging, your kids will burn a lot of energy while making cool friends. Nutrition is one of the most important aspect of healthy living. Your child will learn about healthy choices, and will be provided healthy snacks to keep them going during each session. Our goal is to help them make great nutritional decisions when they are at home so they can lead a healthy lifestyle.
Our best approach to training your kids is having parents who are also ready to set the example for their kids participate at home by keeping them active outside. Our FIIT KIDS + Parent membership is the best approach for parents to engage in fitness with their kiddos. Your kids health and wellness start with you the parent making the healthy decisions for them and participating in a fitness and wellness with them.
