ABOUT THIS CONTEST:

The Healthcare Worker of the Year is part of the FIIT FITNESS STUDIO 2022 FIIT OKC WELLNESS AWARD GALA. The FIIT OKC WELLNESS GALA is an event that celebrates healthy living and your accomplishment, your will power to see challenges through. This contest is meant to highlight the heroes of our city and state. This is our small way of saying thank you being selfless. This is a formal end of the year/ end of the competition Black Tie event that includes a 5 course meal, networking, music, dancing, and support. Your gala tickets are separate from the contest entry fee. The WINNER OF THIS CONTEST MUST BE AT THE GALA TO RECEIVE THEIR AWARD and CASH PRIZE.

Healthcare Worker of the Year Contest Rules

2. Contest will have a $1,500 cash prize to 1^st place winner. $700 cash prize to 2^nd place winner. $300 to 3^rd place winner.
3. There is no contest entry fee to be consider for this award. However, nominees will need to purchase award gala tickets.
4. Winners of the award and cash prize will be announced and presented at the 2022 FIIT OKC WELLNESS AWARD GALA. (ticket sold separately)
5. Contest nomination and voting will begin on Thursday, April 1^st, 2021 to December 3^rd, 2021.
6. Participants must live in Oklahoma and must be able to attend the FIIT OKC WELLNESS AWARD GALA.
7. Each nominee or participant must have nomination profile tell us why they deserve to be the 2022 Health Care Worker of the year base off their experience of 2020 and 2021. Tell us and voters why you are in the industry, why you have stayed in industry and tell us your experience in the industry as a healthcare worker.
8. You may be asked to verify your work place and credential so please be ready with those information when we call or email you. You can simply add that to your profile when you are telling your store so we can verify as well.
9. If you are nominating someone please highlight them as best as you can. Give as much details as you can as to why this person should be 2022 Healthcare worker of the year.
10. Video Entry are also welcome, but they must be posted to Youtube and the link posted to their nomination voting profile.
11. Once you have nominated yourself or someone have nominated you for this award. You will have a voting profile created for you. Share your voting profile to your social media so you can get as many vote as possible.
12. Invite as many people to attend the Wellness Award Gala to you have your support system there.
13. This contest is strictly based off your support system and it’s a character and credential voting contest. Our board will only interfere with voting if there is a tie. At that point we will use our best judgement to look at all details. Reason why voters voted for you is a huge factor. So make sure to encourage votes to actually give a reason why they are voting for you.
14. WINNER OF THIS CONTEST MUST ATTEND THE AWARD GALA TO RECEIVE AWARD and CASH PRIZE.
15. A week after event voting closes you will receive an email and a call if you are a finalist as a reminder to purchase your event ticket.
