FIIT Fitness Studio is a local OKC gym, offering members all the tools they need to hit their fitness goals. From workout and nutritional apps to unlimited group classes, to one on one personal training with our outstanding certified personal trainers.
We do not hold any member to a contract. We believe in our service and what we offer to each member. All membership is a month to agreement and members may cancel 30 days before their bill.
Personal training at FIIT Fitness Studio is can range from $50 – $75 per session depending on the personal trainer you choose to work with.

You can choose a plan that offers a monthly 3D body composition scan or pay just $75 per scan. Results are emailed to you so you can keep or forward to your primary care provider.
Nutrition is the most important part of a result driven fitness plan. This is why we strive to teach our members to learn how to make healthy life long food choice.
Whether you are looking customize meal plan or just a flexible micronutrition plan that you can focus. Our nutritional specialist can help you. We use our 3D body composition scan technology to help us come up with the most accurate nutritional plan.
